Employees are the soul of any company. The easier and more comfortable working with the system is for them, the more extensively the system potentials are used. Consequently, software solutions from SSI Schäfer are designed such that they are user friendly and self-explanatory.

Background processes run on servers and work dialogs on clients at the workstations. Dialog control at user interfaces is adjusted to the problems of the relevant operations. The user interface is predominantly controlled by keyboard. For the support of complex operations, special input devices such as pick-by-light systems can be integrated.

Sophisticated tools are available for configuration and monitoring. Here, logging and tracing functions render the operating status of the system transparent and comprehensible to the operator. Based on the degree of utilization of the system, the system additionally offers manual load balancing. Special remote access is provided for maintenance and service.
